A Pawsitive Survivor!

I had the greatest opportunity to meet Franky Hasick a few weeks ago! What a sweet surprise it was he is such a gentle soul & super blessed! He is a cancer survivor!

Okay I literally had to take a break from writing this = ) . Reading Franky's Story has touched my heart because I can relate. My cat passed away from Cancer a year ago he lost his battle June 10, 2011.{You can read his story a few posts below}

Franky is incredibly special, he is currently in remission! He is an eleven year old Pit-bull. He was such a pleasure to shoot and I absolutely aaaaadored his ties they were to flipping cute! It truly made me miss having a pooch around the house! Paws to you Franky!

My Very Own Super Hero!

Hey Everyone ! I wanted to share another personal post that melts my heart! This is my son Jovanni {Jojo}, originally I had a whole session in mind completely planned except my almost 3 year old decided naaaaah that wasn't going to happen! He absolutely loves Super Heroes and even more being one! I had a gorgeous session planned but he had other plans in mind. I tried my best to get him ready change his clothes etc it was an epic fail he didnt even want to put shorts on! He's grown up to the point he chooses what he wants to wear so Im hoping in the near future I can try out my originally planned photo session of him!

Going Back!

So I had the most amazing opportunity an old high school friend asked me to shoot her Maternity Photos I was absolutely honored! I couldn't wait and the waiting paid off she looked absolutely amazing and her session didn't come out to bad either ! ; )

So I will admit one thing when I shoot Maternity Sessions I absolutely love it and love it for this reason: I never had mine done! So when I shoot others they will have something to remember this special time. At the time I was just starting out photography (4years ago), working full-time, going to school full time, aaaaand I was pregnant! Pheewww I look back that was a lot! I managed it all literally until I popped! I was a busy bee to say the least. The only time I had literally I took was a QUICK snapshot of my belly in front of a black backdrop that my sons father shot. Other than that I did take weekly shots of my growing belly just with a point and shoot. I wish I would of had a maternity session done! All I have is this really quick belly shot that I actually used for my invitations. That is why I love shooting Maternity Sessions!

{True Story lol} = )
