Snowie | South Florida Portrait Photographer
I had the opportunity to shoot a petography session a month ago, and what a sweet surprise it was I absolutely fell in love with Snowie! He was adorable and sweet aaaand had tons of energy!!! He is my second dog session and he sure put me to work! I learned something from Snowie, wear them out first! Lol! He is an adorable Maltese and gave me that urge to have a dog again which I believe I get that urge anytime around dogs lol! I've been an animal lover forever and that will never change. I volunteer-rescue help out the animal community whenever I can, I have to admit I can't wait till (yes I can actually) my son gets a little older so I can start getting more involved again I miss it!

Busy Busy Bees!
This is the busiest time of the year for any photographer! Finally took a night off last night it felt great to get 8 hours of sleep = ) . I've been working like a mad woman it totally paid off! On to the pictures, I met the Raineri Family back 3 weeks ago (technically 5 weeks ago due to Florida's terrible rain) Can you get over how gorgeous this family is? No? Me either!
Melissa aka Mom had this great idea for there family portraits for Christmas which I thought was absolutely adorable! She mentioned it was Pinterest inspired! I thought "You too!" (I love Pinterest projects) She brought a long a Christmas banner that I absolutely loved! I'm just the teeniest bit jealous when I shoot family portraits I have yet to have my own done I know I know I'm slacking! = )

Look at what I found !
I was at a beach session in Miami, in the middle of my couple session I look to my left and there is this little cutie hiding in the middle of a high field! I quickly snapped a shot of him and he let me he didn't run away until I tried to get all fancy angles on him ! The area is filled with stray cats I always feel so bad when I shoot at this location I just want to take them all home to find them a home! I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Now 30 years old I rescue , donate, volunteer whenever I can or anything possible to help out the voiceless <3 !

I am having this fabulous day today! Its raining booooo so I wanted to catch up on blogging! So I received this new awesome prop in the mail ! Tees, Ties, Garland! I thought it was absolutely adorable when I found it on Etsy or I should say it found me I was totally searching for something else. I thought it would suit perfect for a session for my little guy! I will admit this is my second attempt shooting with this new garland. The first one was a fail and I blame it on my husband as I told him we shoot first then go have lunch, by the end of lunch my sons hair was a mess from running around and he looked like he just worked out True Story!
Sharing my favorite shot with from this session!

A Pawsitive Survivor!
I had the greatest opportunity to meet Franky Hasick a few weeks ago! What a sweet surprise it was he is such a gentle soul & super blessed! He is a cancer survivor!
Okay I literally had to take a break from writing this = ) . Reading Franky's Story has touched my heart because I can relate. My cat passed away from Cancer a year ago he lost his battle June 10, 2011.{You can read his story a few posts below}
Franky is incredibly special, he is currently in remission! He is an eleven year old Pit-bull. He was such a pleasure to shoot and I absolutely aaaaadored his ties they were to flipping cute! It truly made me miss having a pooch around the house! Paws to you Franky!

My Very Own Super Hero!
Hey Everyone ! I wanted to share another personal post that melts my heart! This is my son Jovanni {Jojo}, originally I had a whole session in mind completely planned except my almost 3 year old decided naaaaah that wasn't going to happen! He absolutely loves Super Heroes and even more being one! I had a gorgeous session planned but he had other plans in mind. I tried my best to get him ready change his clothes etc it was an epic fail he didnt even want to put shorts on! He's grown up to the point he chooses what he wants to wear so Im hoping in the near future I can try out my originally planned photo session of him!

Going Back!
So I had the most amazing opportunity an old high school friend asked me to shoot her Maternity Photos I was absolutely honored! I couldn't wait and the waiting paid off she looked absolutely amazing and her session didn't come out to bad either ! ; )
So I will admit one thing when I shoot Maternity Sessions I absolutely love it and love it for this reason: I never had mine done! So when I shoot others they will have something to remember this special time. At the time I was just starting out photography (4years ago), working full-time, going to school full time, aaaaand I was pregnant! Pheewww I look back that was a lot! I managed it all literally until I popped! I was a busy bee to say the least. The only time I had literally I took was a QUICK snapshot of my belly in front of a black backdrop that my sons father shot. Other than that I did take weekly shots of my growing belly just with a point and shoot. I wish I would of had a maternity session done! All I have is this really quick belly shot that I actually used for my invitations. That is why I love shooting Maternity Sessions!
{True Story lol} = )
